Herr Randelhoff wird an diesem Tag zum Thema Verkehrssicherheit und der "Vision Zero" - also dem ausgemachten Ziel von null Verkehrstoten - referieren, wodurch insbesondere die Städte Oslo und Helsinki auf sich aufmerksam gemacht haben.
