Brief description of the project:

As, according to current knowledge, the safety audit (in planning and in existing buildings) is only rarely used in the context of structural maintenance measures, the aim of this project is to elicit and highlight the existing opportunities, possibilities but also obstacles in this context and to derive recommendations for practice from this. In this way, the possibility of recognizing and eliminating existing safety deficits in the context of maintenance measures will be used in the future.
